Phase 1

This 6 session program is designed to give each athlete the opportunity to develop a proper stamina base for their upcoming cross country season.  Speed work combined with longer intervals as you prepare for your XC season.  Hill work will be a component of the program and we will do technical work with each athletes running form.  You will achieve maximum results!!  You must start approx. 6 weeks in advance to get proper results at your year end XC meet.
