Get ready to race at your XC School Board Meet and an Open XC Meet at Mooney’s Bay
You must complete Phase 2 to be able to register for Phase 3. We will taper properly in getting the athlete to peak at the correct time for his/her XC School Board Meet. We want each athlete sharp, not logging long runs but rather sharpening up for the critical time of peaking for your XC Meet. We will shorten the length of intervals and limit the hill work towards the end of the program. While still continuing to work on endurance and speed work. Light strength work will be incorporated into the program as well!
