Phase 2

Advance your XC training!

We will increase our workload in this phase to continue to build for the school board cross country meets.  This 2 week, 5 session program is designed to give each athlete the opportunity to develop a proper stamina base for their upcoming cross country season.  Speed work combined with longer intervals as you prepare for your XC season.  Hill work will be a component of the program and we will do technical work with each athletes running form.  You will achieve maximum results!!
